Kid Capri - The Apollo (video)

Just a quickie today.

All hip hop heads should have heard of the infamous New York DJ Kid Capri. Newer fans however, may have missed out on his debut lp as an emcee; "The Tape".

It spawned 2 singles in '91; "Joke's On You Jack" and it's precursor "The Apollo", the latter which is featured in video form.

KC also rhymed on the charity posse cut "Heal Yourself" alongside Run DMC, LL Cool J, Krs-1 and so on. I know many peeps are still trying to track this particular video down, so if you've got it - drop it in the c-box on Claw's Hip Hop Vault.
